On June 12th, my son was kidnapped by his mother and her parents.  My son and I live in Wilmington, NC.  My son was taken to Maine where he was moved to various places to avoid the law.   I am thankful that I retained Mr. Dow, who was very professional, knowledgeable and competent.  He conducted thorough surveillances and because of his many contacts and connections in the area, he provided useful input to both of my lawyers in Maine and NC.  He also went to court to help my case.  The end result was that she was finally served with papers and was forced to give my son up in NC Court and he now lives with me.  Mr. Dow participated in all phases of the efforts leading to the recovery of my son.  I would  not hesitate to use his services again if needed.
